How long does it take to build a pool?
Most pools take about 12 to 14 weeks from day of dig to the day you swim. Adding a screen enclosure typically adds another 2 to 3 months.

Do you offer financing?
Yes. We work with financing partners including HFS Financial and Lyon Financial to help fit your new pool into your budget.
Are your pools energy efficient?

Do you handle permits?
Yes. Our in-house permitting technician and engineer manage the permitting process for your project.
Can I customize my pool?
Absolutely. Popular additions include outdoor kitchens, sheer descent waterfalls, custom lighting and tiling, columns, fire and water bowls, vanishing and infinity edges, spas, sun shelves, splash pads, bench seating, scuppers, deck jets, bubblers, custom shapes, automation, and 3D renderings of your design.
What warranties do you offer?
Lifetime Limited Manufacturer's Warranty on the gunite structure, 10-year on residential plaster, 5-year on commercial plaster, 3-year on pool equipment, and 1-year workmanship warranty on the deck.
Should I add a safety fence?
A safety fence is recommended for any household with young children or pets.
What makes a healthy pool?
Sight: the water should look clear and blue. Touch: the pool surfaces should feel smooth, not slippery. Smell: a well-maintained pool has little to no odor. Sound: filtration and equipment should run quietly and consistently.

Fixing problems fast
What pool repairs do you handle?
We handle all types of pool repairs for both residential and commercial pools.
My heater isn't working. What should I do?
Pool heaters are best serviced by trained technicians. Contact our service team so we can diagnose and repair the issue.
My pool surface is uneven, flaking, or cracking. What does that mean?
Depending on severity, this can typically be patched or resurfaced. Cracks may signal a structural issue and should be evaluated by our team.
How do I detect a leak?
Normal evaporation is about 1/8 inch per day. If you are losing more than that, try a bucket test to help confirm a leak before calling for service.
